  • Services must be paid for according to the agreed-upon rates.
  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profit Queen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific service provided.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, port authorities, or customs officials.
